An overload of emotions can effect a person who is experiencing grief, sadness and pain.  Grief is the normal and natural reaction to loss.  It is normal to go through a roller-coaster of emotions while grieving.  The GFAAC Grief Support Group is for those who have recently lost a loved one. The group is designed for participants to share their experience.  The focus is for the group to work to help each other accept their loss and talk about ways they can "keep living" while keeping their loved ones memories alive.
