If you are short on time but still want to hear healthy, this call is for you.  You will learn how to fuel and energize your body with a healthy breakfast, create vibrant healthy lunches with less time and effort, how to prepare healthy substitutions for your favorite foods and incorporate meatless meals into your eating plan.

This will be a four (4) week class; two (2) hour sessions each week.  

NOTE:  Additional cooking class will be offered in conjunction with this eight (8) hour core course.
