Have you reached a plateau in your current workout? Looking for a change from your normal routine? Well look no further,  High-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) is a 30 minute full-body cardio, strength, and conditioning class that alternates between short bouts of high-cardio intervals and longer, slower intervals of recovery. H.I.I.T helps in lowering body fat, increasing endurance and toning your body. Classes are $2 per person and for ages 16 and up. Participants are encouraged to bring water and an exercise mat. 

Caughman Road Park 
Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 5-June 11, 2020

Polo Road Park
Wednesdays, May 6-June 10, 2020 
Time: 6:00 pm-6:30 pm
