This program designed for patron with arthritis and pain. Enjoy a slow-paced walk around the walking trail. Even when you don't feel like walking, stick with it, you will feel better when you finished.
Walking Club at Hopkins Park Adult Activity Center
30 minutes a day will keep the doctor away and there’s no better way to get 30 minutes of exercise than walking. Enjoy a self-paced walk around the walking trail. Take in the sights and scenery the park has to offer. A 30 minute walk will not only keep you physically fit, it will keep you mentally healthy because walking is an excellent stress reliever.
Monday & Wednesdays and Hopkins Park; Tuesday, Thursdays & Fridays (Inside/Outside) at Hopkins Park Adult Activity Center.
A.M. Walkers at North Springs Park Community Center
Enjoy a self-paced walk outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery as you walk around the field and/or side walk around the community center. Walking is a great stress reliever that can increase your physical and mental health.
