Memory Fit
Memory Fit is a 12-week course that teaches mature adults to navigate everyday memory challenges.  Week one starts with Memory Foundation.  To understand memory and how it works you must have a foundation.  Memory Foundation teaches you facts about your brain and why memory training is important.  Memory Everyday is a series of courses that follow Memory Foundation.  Memory Everyday teaches you about your different types of memory, strategies to navigate real life memory issues, good memory habits, and about foods your brain and health loves because it supports health.   Participants in the course are encouraged to continue for the full 12 weeks to receive the fullest benefit of the course.  Each week reviews the previous week and new information is learned.  Participants are encouraged to participate and complete their skill builders weekly.

The classes below are $10 per class each week.   Please register online for the classes.  You may also attend and pay on the day of class. Memory Fit will not be offering classes during the month of December.
