Cheer & Dance Startz Here (Cheer & Majorette):Cheer and Majorette class curriculum will expose each child Fundamentals of Traditional Cheerleading, incorporate art of Stomp and Shake Cheerleading for the students interested in cheer.  The Art of Majorette Dance for participants interested in expressing themselves through art of dance.Parents  no prior cheer or dance experience  required to join our program but  emphasize the importance of paying attention , no talking while coach is introducing or reviewing a skill, try your best all the time, ask questions when you are unsure, and follow directions,  and  practice, practice, practice.Students that desire to participate in Hip Hop Majorette and Stomp N Shake Cheerleading must be 10 years old and up attend completed Cheer and Majorette class for 4 weeks to learn the basics Cheer motions, jumps, level one tumbling with Satisfactory and above in skill progression.  Majorette routines are high-energy, synchronized, rhythmic dance moves include level one tumbling, cheer dance moves, jumps in their pom and dance routines.Class Dress Code:  shorts, leggings, fleece sweats, long or short sleeves tee shirt sports bras for developing young ladies.  No jeggings, Jean’s or school uniforms, cheer uniforms from other teams such as pop Warner, schools, or leagues, wear sneakers no boots, slippers or sandals, dress shoes jewelry Cheer & Dance Startz Here has new no share policy as Result of COVID-19 pan epidemic in order to minimize the risk of exposure. READY TO RUN! READY TO PLAY! READY TO HAVE SOME FUN! Then join us for a day of play, sports and dance. This one day camp is for campers with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities and their siblings. Activities include: arts & crafts, music and dance, a variety of indoor sports in the gym, movie and popcorn. A pizza lunch will be provided. The camp will conclude with a dance. This camp is a perfect opportunity for respite for parents/guardians during this uncertain time. A healthy snack will be provided. Family & Friends Sports-A-Rama at Bluff Road ParkFAMILY AND FRIENDS CHALLENGE! IT'S ON! Every Saturday in the month of April friends and families with special needs members will join together in a fun time to play various sports. Each family member will be given the opportunity to join a team. This inclusion activity is open to all regardless of ability and will include a different activity each week such as kickball, soccer, wiffle ball, balloon volleyball. Each participant will receive a certificate of participation. Adaptive rules and regulations will be applied. All participants must be registered. Co-ed (all ages & unified). Held at Bluff Road Park Gym. $12 per person.Sports-A-Rama at Denny Terrace A variety of sports activities such as kickball, balloon volleyball, indoor soccer and other activities will be offered for the special needs population the first Tuesday of each month at Denny Terrace gym. This program is free but requires all participants to register. The program occurs on the 1st Tuesday of each month.

Our class will celebrate our beautiful Spring season with clubs in hand, on the actual course, studying principles of playing for much of our Class time.  In addition to strategy, classes will include golf etiquette and basic information on golf rules. The fundamentals of golf will be covered through the brand new Impact Conditioning initiative. It provides an opportunity for current dancers at our studio to apprentice alongside one of our qualified teachers and assist them while they are instructing their classes. Our program pairs up apprentices and instructors in actual pre-school ballet classes located at North Springs or Blythewood Park. This program is for dancers who are currently registered at Artistic Dance Academy and have a minimum of one year dance training. There is no set age requirement however, students will be evaluated and accepted based on their skill level. Memory Fit is a 12-week course that teaches mature adults to navigate everyday memory challenges.  Week one starts with Memory Foundation.  To understand memory and how it works you must have a foundation.  Memory Foundation teaches you facts about your brain and why memory training is important.  Memory Everyday is a series of courses that follow Memory Foundation.  Memory Everyday teaches you about your different types of memory, strategies to navigate real life memory issues, good memory habits, and about foods your brain and health loves because it supports health.   Participants in the course are encouraged to continue for the full 12 weeks to receive the fullest benefit of the course.  Each week reviews the previous week and new information is learned.  Participants are encouraged to participate and complete their skill builders weekly.  This course is $40 each month. There will be a full costume recital at the end of the dance year. *Wear comfortable dance attire, sneakers, and nude jazz shoesArtistic Dance Academy Trio-Choose three disciplines of dance for the price of one (Ballet, Lyrical, Tap, Jazz & Hip-Hop Classes) Private Lessons-Students will be able to receive one-on-one assistance with a qualified teacher to work on dance techniques, form, posture and performance. Student Apprentice Program-The Student Apprentice Program is offered by Artistic Dance Academy for dancers who want to take their knowledge further than what's offered in instructor-based classes. It provides an opportunity for current dancers at our studio to apprentice alongside one of our qualified teachers and assist them while they are instructing their classes. Our program pairs up apprentices and instructors in actual pre-school ballet classes located at North Springs or Blythewood Park. This program is for dancers who are currently registered at Artistic Dance Academy and have a minimum of one year dance training. There is no set age requirement however, students will be evaluated and accepted based on their skill level. Students will be able to take up to three classes for the price of one. One-time registration fee is $25.00 and is processed through HOME | New Website (dancingada.com).

Our program pairs up apprentices and instructors in actual pre-school ballet classes located at North Springs or Blythewood Park. This program is for dancers who are currently registered at Artistic Dance Academy and have a minimum of one year dance training. There is no set age requirement however, students will be evaluated and accepted based on their skill level. Students will be able to take up to three classes for the price of one. One-time registration fee is $25.00 and is processed through HOME | New Website (dancingada.com).

Blossom Ballet and Tap (ages 4-7 years old): Are for children to learn the beginning movements of Ballet and tap. Every Saturday in the month of April friends and families with special needs members will join together in a fun time to play various sports. Each family member will be given the opportunity to join a team. This inclusion activity is open to all regardless of ability and will include a different activity each week such as kickball, soccer, wiffle ball, balloon volleyball. Each participant will receive a certificate of participation. Adaptive rules and regulations will be applied. All participants must be registered. Co-ed (all ages & unified). Held at Bluff Road Park Gym. $12 per person.Sports-A-Rama at Denny Terrace A variety of sports activities such as kickball, balloon volleyball, indoor soccer and other activities will be offered for the special needs population the first Tuesday of each month at Denny Terrace gym. This program is free but requires all participants to register. The program occurs on the 1st Tuesday of each month.

It provides an opportunity for current dancers at our studio to apprentice alongside one of our qualified teachers and assist them while they are instructing their classes. Our program pairs up apprentices and instructors in actual pre-school ballet classes located at North Springs or Blythewood Park. This program is for dancers who are currently registered at Artistic Dance Academy and have a minimum of one year dance training. There is no set age requirement however, students will be evaluated and accepted based on their skill level. Memory Fit is a 12-week course that teaches mature adults to navigate everyday memory challenges.  Week one starts with Memory Foundation.  To understand memory and how it works you must have a foundation.  Memory Foundation teaches you facts about your brain and why memory training is important.  Memory Everyday is a series of courses that follow Memory Foundation.  Memory Everyday teaches you about your different types of memory, strategies to navigate real life memory issues, good memory habits, and about foods your brain and health loves because it supports health.   Participants in the course are encouraged to continue for the full 12 weeks to receive the fullest benefit of the course.  Each week reviews the previous week and new information is learned.  Participants are encouraged to participate and complete their skill builders weekly.  This course is $40 each month. There will be a full costume recital at the end of the dance year. *Wear comfortable dance attire, sneakers, and nude jazz shoesArtistic Dance Academy Trio-Choose three disciplines of dance for the price of one (Ballet, Lyrical, Tap, Jazz & Hip-Hop Classes) Private Lessons-Students will be able to receive one-on-one assistance with a qualified teacher to work on dance techniques, form, posture and performance. Student Apprentice Program-The Student Apprentice Program is offered by Artistic Dance Academy for dancers who want to take their knowledge further than what's offered in instructor-based classes. It provides an opportunity for current dancers at our studio to apprentice alongside one of our qualified teachers and assist them while they are instructing their classes. Our program pairs up apprentices and instructors in actual pre-school ballet classes located at North Springs or Blythewood Park. This program is for dancers who are currently registered at Artistic Dance Academy and have a minimum of one year dance training. There is no set age requirement however, students will be evaluated and accepted based on their skill level. Students will be able to take up to three classes for the price of one. One-time registration fee is $25.00 and is processed through HOME | New Website (dancingada.com).

There will be a full costume recital at the end of the dance year. *Wear comfortable dance attire, sneakers, and nude jazz shoesArtistic Dance Academy Trio-Choose three disciplines of dance for the price of one (Ballet, Lyrical, Tap, Jazz & Hip-Hop Classes) Private Lessons-Students will be able to receive one-on-one assistance with a qualified teacher to work on dance techniques, form, posture and performance. Student Apprentice Program-The Student Apprentice Program is offered by Artistic Dance Academy for dancers who want to take their knowledge further than what's offered in instructor-based classes. It provides an opportunity for current dancers at our studio to apprentice alongside one of our qualified teachers and assist them while they are instructing their classes. Our program pairs up apprentices and instructors in actual pre-school ballet classes located at North Springs or Blythewood Park. This program is for dancers who are currently registered at Artistic Dance Academy and have a minimum of one year dance training. There is no set age requirement however, students will be evaluated and accepted based on their skill level. Memory Fit is a 12-week course that teaches mature adults to navigate everyday memory challenges.  Week one starts with Memory Foundation.  To understand memory and how it works you must have a foundation.  Memory Foundation teaches you facts about your brain and why memory training is important.  Memory Everyday is a series of courses that follow Memory Foundation.  Memory Everyday teaches you about your different types of memory, strategies to navigate real life memory issues, good memory habits, and about foods your brain and health loves because it supports health.   Participants in the course are encouraged to continue for the full 12 weeks to receive the fullest benefit of the course.  Each week reviews the previous week and new information is learned.  Participants are encouraged to participate and complete their skill builders weekly.  This course is $40 each month. Memory Fit is a 12-week course that teaches mature adults to navigate everyday memory challenges.  Week one starts with Memory Foundation.  To understand memory and how it works you must have a foundation.  Memory Foundation teaches you facts about your brain and why memory training is important.  Memory Everyday is a series of courses that follow Memory Foundation.  Memory Everyday teaches you about your different types of memory, strategies to navigate real life memory issues, good memory habits, and about foods your brain and health loves because it supports health.   Participants in the course are encouraged to continue for the full 12 weeks to receive the fullest benefit of the course.  Each week reviews the previous week and new information is learned.  Participants are encouraged to participate and complete their skill builders weekly.  This course is $40 each month. Parklane Adult Activity Center:Tuesday, April 6-May 25th, 1:30 pm-2:30 pm. Tuesday, June 1-August 24th, 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm for 12 weeks.  No class will be held June 29th. Tuesday, July 6th-September 28th, 12 week class will begin from 12:30 pm-1:30 pm. Blossom Ballet and Tap (ages 4-7 years old): Are for children to learn the beginning movements of Ballet and tap. This class will help children to put the basic ballet and tap skills into creative movements.   LIOPA Dance Program Information Class Dress Code Tots Ballet - Pink Leotard, Pink Tights, Pink Leather Ballet Slippers  Kiddie Hip-Hop Attire: Wear comfortable Tshirt that's aren't too oversized or tank tops.
